Safety and Security Expertise:
  1. Develop all security processes and procedures for use within Six Flags Theme Park and assist the Senior Manager - Park Security in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department.
  2. Assist the Associate Director - Park Security in developing all security documentation, SOPs, and forms for use within the park.
  3. Continuously monitor and assess the threat level towards the park and implement appropriate responses.
  4. Work in liaison with external stakeholders, including all regulatory authorities within the KSA and the IP partners associated with the theme park.
  5. Work with external contractors during design and construction to ensure the control room, CCTV, fire alarm, security systems, access control, crowd control, and guest flow management are planned and implemented.
  6. Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to establish a robust training plan for new and existing team members at all levels, including a detailed department induction.
  7. Assist with recruitment efforts for the Security Operations team.
