Job Title: Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant

Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant to join our team at a leading hospital in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. As an Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to women at all stages of life, overseeing pregnancy care, performing gynecological surgeries, and managing reproductive health issues.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality Obstetrics and Gynecology care to patients.
  • Provide consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Actively participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in your area of expertise and participate in research activities.
  • Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform special procedures as privileged.
  • Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • US Board/MRCPCH-Irish, UK, Canadian, Australian & New Zealand /DES/CIS/ Diplome di Medico Specialist Italy / SCR Holland/Swedish Board/German Fachartz/Austrian Fachartz/CCST UK/Saudi Board/Arab Board & Sub board/ Fellowship.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
  • Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience:

  • Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in specialty.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English and proficiency in Arabic.
