CARE is hiring an experienced Materials Testing and Analysis Lead to oversee the performance of laboratory testing for Soil, Concrete, Aggregate, and asphalt tests.
This individual will be responsible for analyzing test results, controlling nonconforming test results, verifying and validating measuring equipment, and ensuring the fulfillment of records including worksheets and other supplements.
Responsibilities also include implementing and following work instructions in accordance with best quality practices, performing and evaluating laboratory tests of Soil, Concrete, Aggregate materials, and chemical-related tests in accordance with applicable international standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience with lab management software and testing equipment calibration systems, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This position requires the ability to follow up on preventive maintenance action plans, verify equipment daily, and ensure proper transportation actions onto the laboratory premises.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze test results and control nonconforming test results.
Verify and validate measuring equipment and maintain accurate records.
