Role Summary

As a commercial operations assistant, you will support our Commercial and projects team by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for Fit-out operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform commercial activities including contractual documentation and writing
  • Prepare and track variation submittals
  • Prepare progress billing
  • Verify Bill of quantities (BOQs) against drawings to raise claims and assist the Project Manager with cost monitoring and controlling
  • Assist in collecting and processing additional orders from suppliers for active projects
  • Evaluate compliance with the commercial framework
  • Carry out QS functions, BOQ preparation, management, and measurement activities
