Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead RBI initiatives for corrosion and materials integrity management across multiple assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement corrosion management strategies and RBI programs, leveraging your expertise in risk assessment and mitigation.
  3. Perform thorough risk assessments and inspections to identify potential corrosion issues and develop effective mitigation plans.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support in developing and implementing corrosion management plans, including material selection, corrosion control measures, and inspection strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of corrosion management programs.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of corrosion management programs and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in corrosion and materials integrity management, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
  8. Familiarize yourself with relevant industry standards, engineering standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert in corrosion and materials integrity management, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a role with a primary technical function of providing corrosion engineering services in the oil and gas petrochemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Excellent soft skills, including presentation skills, communication, and collaboration with global offices and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with the use of Saudi Aramco and Industrial standards, such as API 510, 570, 571, 580, 581, and 653.
  • Familiarization with ECE and API RBI software, with experience in using these tools to drive business success.
