Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on the construction and design engineering industry. You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. B2B Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in the construction and design engineering sector.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  3. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Marketing Strategy: Create and implement effective marketing campaigns that align with PetroRaq Engineering's brand and business objectives.
  5. Product Promotion: Develop promotional materials and presentations that effectively communicate PetroRaq Engineering's value proposition to potential clients.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the construction and design engineering industry.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction and design engineering processes, products, and market dynamics.
  4. Skills:
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  7. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  10. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jubail, KSA.
