Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist. This role is responsible for driving incremental sales growth across the Arla product portfolio through effective business relationships, fixture space management, and secondary sittings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visits stores to develop and maintain effective business relationships with store staff.
  • Optimizes sales growth by collaborating with the Business Unit to gain additional stock orders, managing fixture space, and implementing secondary sittings.
  • Facilitates the execution of new product launches and maximizes in-store availability through merchandising stock from backup.
  • Manages in-store activities, serves as a link back to account teams, and drives commercial discussions on promotional compliance and shopper marketing expenditure.
  • Provides key information and insights gathered in-store to inform business decisions.
  • Reviews internal and external sales and availability data to convert into actionable visits and strategies.
  • Serves as a brand ambassador for Arla.
Educational Background and Seniority Level

The ideal candidate will have formal education combined with significant years of relevant work experience (5+ years) in the specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operation area.

This role requires an Associate level professional with a full-time employment type and expertise in Industries: Dairy Product Manufacturing and Food and Beverage Services.
