We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Head of Learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, learning design, or EdTech leadership, with 6-8 years of experience, including 4+ years in a senior role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our educational strategy. This includes designing and establishing an impact score for our products, creating new instructional design products, and driving innovation in tutoring experiences.

The Head of Learning will work closely with our AI, product, and development teams to enhance personalized learning solutions and instructional design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of curriculum development, student engagement, and tutoring methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of our educational strategy
* Design and establish an impact score for our products
* Create new instructional design products
* Drive innovation in tutoring experiences
* Work closely with AI, product, and development teams to enhance personalized learning solutions and instructional design

Requirements:

* 6-8 years of experience in education, learning design, or EdTech leadership, with 4+ years in a senior role
* Bachelor's degree in Education is required, and a Master's degree is preferred
* Arabic speaker with experience in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region is a must
