About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead our OT Cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires expertise in delivering lifecycle OT & IT Cybersecurity solutions and services to our external customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the technical execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and consulting on cybersecurity matters as needed.
  • Oversee cybersecurity projects for OT systems and networks, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Design and implement effective cybersecurity controls and safeguards to protect OT systems and networks.
  • Analyze the cybersecurity posture of OT systems and networks, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and recommend remediation measures.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments on OT systems and networks.
  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines for OT systems and networks.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on OT cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
  • Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls for OT systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity into OT projects and operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest OT cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
  • Deliver comprehensive OT cybersecurity training to customers and team members.
  • Respond to cybersecurity incidents and provide strategic guidance on remediation efforts.
  • Lead Cybersecurity Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) efforts.
  • Develop and present technical documentation as required.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in OT Industrial Control System which may include one or more of the following technologies: DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Data Historians including OSI PI, EDNA, Wonderware.
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks (e.g., NIST, NCSC, ISO 27001, COBIT) and ICS protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS).
  • Strong consultancy, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English (fluency in another language also an advantage).
  • 3+ years of experience in networks.
  • 5+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based firewalls, preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or another top-tier product.
  • 5+ years performing network troubleshooting using sniffers and monitors.
  • 5+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based Intrusion Detection products.
  • 5+ years advanced systems administration (Windows Active Directory).
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing End-Point security solutions and EDR (Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, Whitelisting).
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing system backup solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing patch management solutions.
  • 3+ years in scripting skills and programming language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
