Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Liaising with design and engineering teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Preparing technical reports, data sheets, and other construction-related documents
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues
  • Managing project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensuring variation orders are communicated to clients
  • Performing project closeout walk-throughs and verifying completion of project closeout documents and punch list items
Qualifications, Experiences & Skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • A university degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 4 years as a project manager in the GCC region
  • Experience with manufacturing companies in the water and wastewater treatment industry is preferable
  • Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and equipment
  • Working knowledge of health and safety protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in AUTO CAD and PM software
  • A valid UAE driving license
Language Skills

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Arabic language skills are preferable
  • German language skills are an additional asset
