The Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing aerial cable installation procedures and techniques, including the placement of poles and anchors.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and repair of aerial telecommunications cable
  • Safe operation of hand tools and equipment
  • Safe operation of mechanized equipment
  • Safety management and risk assessment
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • PASS a DOT physical exam
  • Hold a valid standard Driver's License with Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Previous construction experience
  • Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
  • Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck
  • Ability to perform all duties in telecommunications construction
  • Ability to work over-time and maintain a safe work environment
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and travel when required
