Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Cost Estimation and Control Expert to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely estimation and control of costs on our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and update the Project Trend and Change Control Program.
  • Plan, organize and supervise project cost budgets.
  • Supervise the development, maintenance and update of the project cost and commitment (CoCo) dashboard.
  • Perform contingency analyses and reconcile project trend register and the project risk register.
  • Supervise the estimating / cost engineering duties related to Bechtel services on the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) plus minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience of knowledge transfer and the development of local employees.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
