About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our Product & Design team. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital products and services by uncovering insights about our users' behaviors, needs, and pain points.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform provides the best possible experience for customers ordering flowers and gifts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business and drive user-centered design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development and design decisions
  • Use various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics
  • Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tracking tools
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement
  • Develop customer personas and journey maps to enhance product strategy
  • Organize and lead user testing sessions to evaluate prototypes and improve UI/UX

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, UX Research, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in user research within a digital product environment
  • Proficiency in research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Maze, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and user-centered design methodologies
  • Experience conducting both remote and in-person user interviews
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
