Job Description

The Price Sign System Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective execution of pricing strategies throughout our retail stores. This individual will be responsible for initiating outstanding sales and service while maintaining exceptional promotional price extreme software, appearance, and clarity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the decoration team to establish best practices and procedures for printing price signs that align with our business objectives and MOC regulations.
  2. Integrate weekly promotional plans with our extreme software databases, ensuring seamless reporting and measurement capabilities for the marketing team.
  3. Verify pricing accuracy through the use of available tools and resources, validating the execution of all price changes according to company expectations.
  4. Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and up-to-date extreme software server.
  5. Identify and update any missing pricing information throughout the store and outdoor display areas.
  6. Coordinate signage placement for promotional events, schematics, and in-store sets.
  7. Communicate effectively with teams regarding failed promotions, pricing, or signage concerns.
  8. Serve as a technical quality control expert for the graphic team and staff members.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and experience with HP design manager, Illustrator, and Adobe CS.
  • Ability to create and manage artwork templates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
