The role of Project Coordinator Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This involves coordinating product installations, managing contractors, providing technical expertise, and supporting the sales team.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical knowledge of product installation, construction processes, and project coordination. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.

A key responsibility of this role is oversight and management of product installation from arrival in port through commissioning and project closeout, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Additionally, recruitment, training, and mentorship of contractors in installation and service best practices are critical components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of product installation

  • Coordination and delegation of project-specific tasks
  • Independent representation of the organization in global markets
  • Diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment as needed
  • Management of warranty claims and field service requests
  • Enforcement of safety standards and operation of construction equipment
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Three or more years of project management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of product installation, construction processes, and project coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
