About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Senior Presales Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers in the Data Center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for Data Center solutions.
  2. Provide technical training and support to customers, sales teams, and partners on Data Center products and solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive Data Center solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, case studies, and success stories to showcase Data Center solutions.
  8. Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote Data Center solutions.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Data Center sales, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, including cooling, power, and monitoring systems.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits, training, and sales calls.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Uptime Accredited Tier Designer certification.
  2. Experience with Schneider Electric IT infrastructure solutions.
  3. Knowledge of physical threats monitoring and datacenter infrastructure management software.
