Process Engineer Team Lead

At Penspen Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer Team Lead to join our team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role that requires technical expertise and leadership skills to manage process deliverables and ensure Design basis and main process parameters from DBSP are followed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for both projects and confirming that all PFDs, lists of main equipment, and operation and control philosophies are in place. They will also work closely with the FEED Lead to prepare process deliverables and have specific experience in Desalting processes as well as produced water treatment methods such as Induced Gas Flotation and Advance Hydro cyclone.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering;
  2. at least fourteen (14) years of experience, ten (10) years of them within the field of Process Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects;
  3. PMC experience at a similar role for at least several years; and
  4. computer literacy with all MS Packages, particularly proficient in Word and Excel.
