We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive HSE programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE management systems and policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels
  • Manage and mentor the HSE team, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization
  • Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution

About Our Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CMIOSH (Chartered Member of IOSH), or equivalent

Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial or construction settings
