Job Overview

The Treasury Markets Manager role is a critical position that oversees the execution of Treasury markets activities, including interest rate risk management, foreign exchange and commodity risk management, debt capital markets issuance, and management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align stakeholder expectations with organizational goals.

This role reports directly to the Head of Treasury Funding and is responsible for managing a diverse derivatives trading book across IR/FX and commodities, ensuring compliance with risk management requirements. The individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with relevant stakeholders and build a framework around cash flows that informs risk management decisions.

In addition to risk management, the Treasury Markets Manager will be responsible for establishing a risk reporting framework for the derivatives book, supporting the management of third-party funding, and setting up infrastructure for operations of debt capital markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in derivative trading, hedging activities, and risk management in relevant industry sectors.
