Prestigious Government Client Seeks Hiring & Onboarding Director
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee talent acquisition and onboarding operations for a prominent government client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and onboarding, with expertise in managing teams and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring processes.
- Onboarding Excellence: Oversee and improve onboarding programs to ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience, resulting in high retention rates and improved productivity.
- Talent Planning: Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic talent plans, aligning with business objectives and goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with internal policies and external regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent, enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and onboarding specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment and onboarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions, driving business growth and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in managing recruitment functions within large or government organizations, with a strong understanding of HR compliance, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Skillset: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive business results and foster a culture of excellence.
