Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and carrying out the preventive maintenance of engineering and operational requirements of the hotel.

You will oversee and support the function of duty engineers in controlling operational issues in the hotel, ensuring seamless 24/7 service to our guests and internal customers. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control all mechanical and electrical plant of the hotel during shift periods.
  • Execute the preventive maintenance scheme.
  • Execute the Works Order Control System.
  • Supervise subordinates.
  • Control the budget of the preventive maintenance.
