Senior Pediatric Intensivist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pediatric Intensivist to join our team at Avenues Resources Consultants. As a Senior Pediatric Intensivist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising junior staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the Department of Pediatrics.

• Determine the final disposition and plan of care for patients under their supervision.
• Coordinate referrals to other services as needed, ensuring seamless patient care.
• Act as a role model, providing close supervision of subordinates and participating in divisional, departmental, and organizational committees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's Degree/MBBS or equivalent from an accredited institution, and completion of a 2-3 years Pediatric Intensive Care Fellowship Program. A minimum of two years of work experience is required, along with training and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) every two years.
