We are looking for an experienced Delivery Performance Analyst who can lead improvement events to achieve business goals with short- and long-term results. The successful candidate will be able to engage in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and support project implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Launch OTR technologies for Delivery Stations, Service Partners, and Delivery Partners.
  2. Maintain up-to-date SOP, START, and standard process materials according to current standards.
  3. Analyze metrics on a weekly basis to identify areas for improvement and develop projects to achieve business objectives.
  4. Lead audits to verify accuracy of current processes implemented by Operations Teams.
  5. Support Ops Teams with weekly analysis focused on detecting deviations from standard processes.
  6. Promote ACES perspective to optimize package flow and reduce wasted time, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Completed High School diploma or bachelor's degree in progress.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in learning or continuous improvement roles.
  3. Basic English language skills (B1+).
