**Job Title:** Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial and controlling activities for the NEOM Project, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

1. Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
2. Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including IFRS, and maintain accurate and complete financial records.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. External Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory bodies, as required.
5. Tax and Filing: Manage all tax-related activities, including tax returns, VAT, WHT, CIT, Zakat, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.

• 10+ years of experience in financial management and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• FMVA (Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst) certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
