This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Big Data Engineering Lead - Cloud Infrastructure, where you will design, build, and maintain scalable big data systems using Apache Spark and other relevant technologies.
You will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and tooling, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our data management and analysis processes.
The role requires expertise in Apache Spark, JVM, Java, and Scala, as well as experience with Linux system administration and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing scalable big data systems using Apache Spark and other relevant technologies
- Leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement data solutions that drive business value
- Maintaining and optimizing existing data infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability
- Developing and implementing data quality and governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity
