We are seeking an experienced Adult Learning Specialist to join our team and develop engaging training materials and programs that cater to the unique needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
  • Deliver effective training sessions using diverse instructional methods and technologies to engage employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate and improve training programs based on participant feedback and performance analysis.
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers and staff to achieve their professional development goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and external vendors to align training programs with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, HR, or Education. Advanced certifications (e.g., CTP, CIPD, TOT) are a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a training role with a strong focus on designing and delivering high-quality programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training software/tools (e.g., LMS, virtual platforms).
  • High proficiency in MS Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, along with strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent training qualifications are highly desirable.
