We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Troubleshooter to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.

Your main responsibility will be to perform regular maintenance checks and tasks on KONE and Third-Party equipment, attending callouts for stoppages as necessary. You will also take immediate action in case of high-risk identification, applying the escalation procedure accordingly.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of quality and safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience within the elevators & escalators industry and a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are also essential.

1. Conduct regular maintenance inspections and activities on all assigned equipment.
2. Respond promptly to service calls and repair issues.
3. Apply KONE policies and procedures when performing tasks.
4. Respond quickly to high-risk situations.
5. Notify colleagues and supervisors of potential technical issues.
6. Solve complex technical problems using established methods.
7. Guarantee user and site safety.
8. Document work completed accurately and on time.
