Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Road and Bridge projects at El-Takamol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to execute project tasks and activities.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Monitor and control project costs, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in managing road and bridge projects, with a strong background in civil engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and Autodesk.
