Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of our growth strategy, focusing on user engagement, retention, and revenue generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Growth Strategist will be responsible for implementing region-specific marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and analysing data to optimise growth efforts. This includes:
  1. Growth Execution Support: Assist in executing the growth roadmap by ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  2. Customer Segmentation and Insights: Assist in creating and managing customer segments based on demographic and behavioural data.
  3. Campaign Management and Customer Engagement: Collaborate on the execution of retention and engagement campaigns, focusing on repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, food/grocery delivery, or tech platforms.
  3. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
  4. Well-versed in data mining, statistical modelling, and advanced data analysis.
