Key Responsibilities
  • You will collect, analyze, and summarize information for income tax filings and assist the EMEA Leader with corporate income tax compliance, planning, and advisory in the Middle East & Africa.
  • You will support governmental and company-related corporate income tax audits, review proposed and newly enacted tax laws, and identify ways to optimize direct tax processes.
  • You will partner across functions to ensure compliance with local legislation and respond to questions and issues from business units and functional groups.
Indirect Tax Role
  • You will assist the EMEA Tax Leader in managing indirect tax advisory, planning, and audit activities across the Middle East & Africa.
  • You will facilitate the selection of external service providers and partner with the Indirect Tax Compliance Team on indirect tax audits.
  • You will conduct legal research and answer questions raised by Tax Authorities, reviewing written responses and documents provided.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Tax or Finance, with experience in Direct Tax within Saudi Arabia and/or the UAE.

  • You must be able to analyze complex fact patterns and transactions, identifying tax issues and conducting research in tax law using efficient tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good business acumen, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or SAP for invoice processing are highly desirable.
