Archirodon Group is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Senior Construction Manager to join our construction team working on projects in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities in accordance with approved budget and schedule.
  • Develop construction method statements and procedures.
  • Constantly record progress and improve methods/productivities.
  • Manage various site subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Lead by example and ensure that site activities are performed meeting all QHSE requirements.
  • Develop three-month look-ahead schedules and report progress.
  • Develop and give progress and technical presentations/reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum ten years of overall work experience on large EPC projects (>100M USD), working for a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Minimum three years of work experience as Construction Manager in large EPC projects, working for a Tier 1 contractor, preferably a project including a slurry wall.
  • Proven exposure to diaphragm walls (slurry), bored piles, and ground investigations.
  • Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language.
