Job Title: Financial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to join our dynamic Finance department at Comprehensive Business Services (CBS). As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Financial Operations Management: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Risk Management: Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Insights and Decision Support: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices, proficiency in financial software and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
