HR Generalist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Charterhouse Middle East. In this role, you will be responsible for handling employee relations, developing strong relationships, and ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant.

This is a varied HR role that will take on all aspects of the Human Resources function, including operations, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and payroll. In addition, this role will assist with HR Projects across MENA.

About the Role

You will work closely with and report to the Regional HR Teams, and will be the point of contact supporting employees locally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience working in a professional corporate environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of MENA employment laws
  • Strong experience in HR preferably within Financial Services or a similar sector
