About the Job:

This position involves developing, managing, and executing all phases of the project controls effort on the program, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  1. Deliver expert advice and guidance for resolving complex project control challenges.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with clients, attend regular meetings, and provide informed recommendations on critical matters.
  3. Design and establish the program master coding architecture and develop a robust reporting system.
  4. Develop and implement project controls procedures to support best practices for schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management processes.
  5. Lead a team of Project Control specialists who analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs and performance against an established schedule.
  6. Recommend and oversee the implementation of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
  7. Oversee staffing requirements, assign tasks, and supervise project work activities.
  8. Conduct performance reviews and provide personnel development goals.

About Your Qualifications:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and a strong track record of experience in project controls, including 10+ years in a similar managerial role.

You should have exceptional communication and collaboration skills, proven stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of business principles.

Relevant GCC and PMO/PMC experience is highly desirable.
