At Foreground, we are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to spearhead our HR function. This key leadership role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational growth, align with business goals, and foster a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR leadership, workforce planning, and talent development within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry. Key responsibilities will include developing comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as collaborating with executive leadership to identify and address workforce needs and ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction.

Additionally, the successful candidate will establish performance metrics for the HR department and track progress against key organizational objectives. They will also lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, oversee the development and execution of effective workforce planning strategies, and conduct final interviews for senior and executive-level positions.

Apart from these responsibilities, the HR Director will design and implement employee development programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and performance management systems. They will establish an in-house training framework that addresses current and future skill gaps and lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will include recruitment success rate, employee retention, engagement metrics, training completion, and policy compliance.
