The Market Lead – Industrial is a pivotal role in driving business growth for our Middle East operations. This position will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance service delivery, client management, and project execution within the Industrial Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market strategies to achieve revenue and EBIT targets
  • Manage bid performance, ensuring a win rate of over 50% on submitted bids
  • Spearhead business development initiatives, identifying new clients and market opportunities
  • Lead resource management, focusing on recruitment, retention, and performance within the Industrial Market
Leadership & Vision:
  • Provide leadership and demonstrate positive AtkinsRéalis behaviours, as defined by team feedback
