Woodston Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Medical Director in Pediatrics to lead our Pediatric Emergency Medicine department. As a senior-level position, this role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in pediatric emergency medicine.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and review of Policies & Procedures for the ED every 2 years;

  2. Orient new staff members regarding revised hospital and department policies, procedures, standards, and regulations;

  3. Ensure adherence to implementation of regulations within the department, in accordance with hospital and departmental Policies and Procedures;

  4. Comply with and actively participate in the ED quality/performance improvement plan, using approved measurable criteria, indicators, and standards;

  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman/Deputy Chairman Adult Care Section Department of Emergency Medicine, which are within the post-holder's qualifications and capabilities.

Required Skills:

We require a Medical Director with significant experience in pediatric emergency medicine, holding a registration with the Saudi Council for Health Specialization (SCHS), a current license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia, and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification. Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
