In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and supporting AWS deployments in non-traditional environments. Your strong technical skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site assessments at various facilities to proactively prepare for the onsite installation of AWS equipment.
- Install, expand, or provision AWS infrastructure at third-party premises, data centers, and/or non-traditional environments.
- Troubleshoot network installations & configurations and perform network testing, break/fix, and/or decommissioning and solving complex problems.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies that prevent support issues and/or further enhance the customer experience.
- 4+ years of experience in data center operations or a similar technical environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data center equipment and rack installation.
- Basic knowledge of Linux servers, networking fundamentals (Layer 1/Layer 2), and TCP/IP.
