We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Advisory to join our team. This role requires a strong professional with expertise in strategic planning, project management, and client development. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building Long-Term Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues.
  2. Client Agenda Shaping: Understand key client pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership to shape the client's agenda.
  3. Project Ownership: Take full ownership of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Project Scope Definition: Structure the full scope of each project, defining the approach, framework, and methodologies.
  5. Project Management: Manage the project plan, deliverables, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Actively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction during the project.
  7. Business Insights and Recommendations: Drive business insights, conclusions, and solid recommendations to address client issues.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead project teams by ensuring quality and on-time delivery, managing and developing team members according to career plans.
  9. Client Communications: Own client communications and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, project management, and client development.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field (preference given to business-related majors).
  3. A proven history of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting.
  4. Experience in successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
  5. Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  6. Strong proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
