Key Responsibilities:

  2. Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
  4. Manage and supervise a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
  5. Analyze data and develop reports to track project progress and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skillset with attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
