About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Site Coordinator to join our team at Elogic Solutions. As an Electrical Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of electrical installations and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Electrical Installation: Oversee electrical installation and site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality, and safety standards.
  2. BIM Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site teams to coordinate electrical layouts using BIM models.
  3. Clash Resolution: Resolve coordination issues between electrical and other MEP services through effective clash detection.
  4. Model Updates: Interpret and update electrical BIM models, ensuring alignment with site conditions.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
  6. Material Procurement: Assist in material planning, procurement, and timely execution of electrical components.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  8. Reporting and Communication: Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  9. BIM Support: Support the BIM team in model modifications based on real-time site conditions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in electrical site coordination in MEP/construction projects.
  • BIM Software: Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Electrical Systems: Understanding of electrical systems, layouts, and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficiency in clash detection and resolution using BIM tools.
  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Saudi Arabian local electrical regulations and safety standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
