Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies for transportation and road infrastructure projects
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and take corrective action when necessary
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in road construction and transportation management
  • Saudi Nationality is a requirement
  • Strong understanding of road design principles, transportation planning, and traffic management
  • Experience in managing large-scale transportation projects
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian road construction regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
