The role of a Continuous Improvements Manager is crucial in driving process excellence and supporting the implementation of new and improved structures, processes, and activities.
Working closely with teams and all levels of management, this individual will report directly to the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager and be responsible for creating and following data-driven arguments to ascertain root cause, then implement Amazon standard or innovate to develop a solution.
Agility to react to countermeasures and a bias for action to implement change are essential characteristics for Continuous Improvements Managers. The understanding of Kaizen, PDCA, and six sigma processes would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Fulfillment Centre Improvement Plan: Focus on best customer experience at lowest cost
- Develop Culture of Continuous Improvement: Lean thinking and continuous improvement methodologies
- Contribute to and Facilitate Kaizen Activities: Support all levels in Kaizen activities
- Drive Implementation of Lean Standard Work: Train and support all levels
You will report into the UAE continuous improvement manager and support local actions and DDD observations by site leaders. As part of the AMET region CI team, you will lead and support effective and efficient change.
