About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Discharge Billing Officer to join our team at Drn Fakeeh Hospital Jeddah. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and revenue management for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage patient discharges, including calculating and issuing invoices for cash patients and verifying insurance approvals.
2. Prepare and submit invoices for services not covered by insurance, as well as daily and monthly statements for external doctors.
3. Develop and maintain accurate estimates for patient invoices, applying discounts and allocating services accordingly.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, plans, and programs within our organization.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and revenue management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 0-2 years' experience in hospital billing, insurance, and revenue management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
