You will be required to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Sales Manager in a luxury international brand hotel.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
