Job Overview
At Asterix Communications, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including training and development programs.
  8. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects.

Certifications: PMP, ChPP, or equivalent preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills: Experience with the latest highway design software and BIM environment, including 3D clash detection.
