Main Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company objectives, targeting new international markets and expanding existing ones.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and airlines in the global market, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and develop strategies to meet targets.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and update daily activities through CRM, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Commercial Proposal Development: Prepare and present commercial proposals to prospective customers, showcasing our products and services in a compelling and effective manner.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, address customer concerns, and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, international relations, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in market research and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of export and international trade, including regulations and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
