Job Summary

Tanqeeb is a leading construction and manufacturing company in the Middle East and beyond. We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient and timely production of chemical products and electroplating applications.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and control production activities, materials consumption, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and safety standards, and maintain accurate documentation and audits.
  • Generate reports on material consumption, order confirmations, and rework percentages.
  • Examine and resolve variances in inventory, and validate stock levels with production coordinators.
  • Supervise the production shop floor, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to schedules.
  • Coordinate with team members to execute PM schedules, and troubleshoot processes for electroplating and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in chemical operations and electroplating.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, business operations, and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide periodic reports on task execution and deviations.
