About the Role

The Sales Performance Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving allocated targets. Key responsibilities include creating and developing business relationships, utilizing company resources efficiently, and establishing environmental scanning mechanisms to detect opportunities and threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets for self and the team to ensure division objectives are met.
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Understand competitors and their products.
  • Establish relationships with clients and manage their expectations.
Reporting & Forecasting
  • Report sales forecasts and business updates to the immediate supervisor.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.
Team Management
  • Manage and coach sales staff to ensure high performance and motivation.
Internal & External Relationships
  • Support the finance division to ensure healthy collections.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by constantly being in touch with them.
