We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Amazon. As a key player in our business development organization, you will drive growth for over 2 million sellers through business intelligence and cross-selling efforts.
About the Job- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, prospect, acquire, and grow seller commitment to selling on Amazon.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
- Work closely with new merchants, educating them about Amazon's high standards of delivery and customer experience.
You will be responsible for engaging with merchants to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set. You will also enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
Requirements- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing.
